I. Customized Cable Assembly One-Stop Solution

COMOSS dedicates resources to R&D and engineering, specializing in professional customized design for low-volume, high-mix production, high-frequency measurement, waterproof verification, and electrical and mechanical testing. We can "commercialize customers' ideas" from design, various verifications, and trial production to mass production. Recently, in response to customer needs, two new solutions have been launched:

 - Integrates signal, power, and trigger lines into a single cable, making installation easier and enhancing overall system reliability.
 - Application industries: Automation equipment, medical instruments, machine vision systems, semiconductor equipment, etc.
 - Application examples: Sensor, 3D scanner, and camera integrated cable assemblies.

2. Clean Room Cable Assembly Solution
 - Cable assembly and jacketing methods comply with clean room grade applications and ensure optimal transmission quality.
 - Application industries: Semiconductor manufacturing, panel manufacturing, medical and biotechnology, aerospace and satellite, packaging/IC test equipment, laboratories, precision machinery, optical instruments, laser industry, food industry, etc.

II. New Long-Haul Transmission Solution

This solution meets the inspection needs of large-sized products or large-area venue wiring. It utilizes chip technology to strengthen transmission signals and employs high-density braiding and double-layer shielded cables to effectively prevent interference. High Flex cable options are offered, and products cover various interfaces:

 - USB 3.2 Active Cable: Up to 15 meters
 - USB AOC Active Cable: Up to 30 meters
 - GigE Vision Cable: Up to 80 meters
 - CoaXPress: Up to 40 meters
 - CXPoF Solution: 400 meters
 

III. Solution for High Electromagnetic Interference Environments

GIGA Media Converter (Fiber Optic)
Plastic optical fiber provides anti-interference and electrical isolation, suitable for industrial environments. It offers long-distance, stable gigabit transmission in high electromagnetic interference environments. Fiber length can exceed 40 meters, and the RJ45 copper side can reach 100m, suitable for IP and industrial camera vision systems.
